When a merchant uninstalls the app, shop-specific data is deleted where technically possible, including app settings, scan jobs, product tracking records, recovered revenue records, and usage data.

The app includes a Restore Store Changes feature that allows merchants to revert app-made product, tag, and collection changes before uninstalling. Merchants are encouraged to use this feature prior to uninstalling the app.
The app uses Shopify authentication, HTTPS encryption, and standard security best practices to protect merchant data. Secrets and access tokens are not intentionally exposed.
